Sounds like Unholy Blight (since it spreads blood plague around) will finally have a lot of PvP use. =]
If i'm not mistaken, this is going to be in addition to the initial removal of one hot or stack of lifeblooms on the initial plague/scourge strike. Update: Looks like it will be. (in addition)

Yeh its indeed great answer by blizz employee that would make alot of change versus hotters
and would make huge change in pvp ballance, in good way ofc, druids are so OP due to hots right now, time to tone them down now ;)

Jayde , btw , any words on Unholy Embrace ? I haven't herd of it anywhere from alpha to beta . I'm starting to be cocnerned if it will ever be implanted . Maybe level 80 ?

As a 5 min cd and 6 sec druation I think it would be a nice situational debuff , it not a killing debuff (Imagine a priest face when his heal kills of his own team mate , ugly , I know)...

Sweet, altho' I wish it'd just dispel all HoTs whenever it ticked, it's such a one dimensional MS based effect I don't see the harm in over tweaking it.
I do like the anti-HoT DK aspect, I hope they do the anti-Bubble aspect from Unholy Embrace to.
Just glad we don't get a vanilla -50% healing debuff, MS is kind of tired of being whored around the classes.

Actually do you really think that the DK can be usefull in Arena ( 2vs2, 3vs3, 5vs5)?
I see a real problem with 2v2 and 3v3 it's that the DK has no MS so he can't make a kill.
And the second problem I see is that he can be totally controlled by a mage ( nova, blink, slowing effect, etc etc... ) and certainly by hunter....
So what do u think about pvp and DK ?
Little input about ur blog, can u add a section where we can ask u question about DK ? :D
I know what I think, and that is kill the healer first.
And about unholy embrace; that would just be WAY too powerful in PvP, it needs to be changed if it is to be implemented.
Uh, i know its a topic shift, but i have had an idea, not so sure if it is a solution but in regards to frost.
Why not have Howling Blast be on the same tier as Lichborn, giving it much sooner, making the early talents more useful and allowing for a replacement further down the tree that can additionally compliment the runic power generation woes of frost?
Just to throw a random idea out for howlings replacement deep in frost, "Chilling Empowerment." Consume one Frost Rune to give you 50+ Runic Power, 1 minute cooldown. Obviously its not my place to play balance to numbers or throw extra's into a talent point spent, it could come with additional effects then just that if it is too weak like this.

I haven't got into beta and I doubt I ever will with my "luck"
It is about the tanking as a dk, I have tried to find facts about it but can't seem to find anything. The warriors have their shield and avoidance while they are tanking, the druids have their huge health and armors. what does the dk use as their protection as they are plate I dont see them have 400% more armor or even 200% armor. and they can't use shield. do they rely on dodge, parry? I have been wondering about this for months now aswell as how they build their aggro as I can't find much about that either, what spells do they use for their threat building?
Whould be awesome if you could answer to these 2 questions, oh, and if u know..can u link some beta tanking movie with dks aswell

Lucky me I just got invited to the beta. Can someone help me make my decision on which account to apply it to a bit easier?? :)
1) If I apply beta key to my account, can I play normal WOW at the same time as the WOTLK beta using the same account?
